Returns, Exchanges, and Refund

Please be careful when selecting the size. For the right measurement, follow our size guide.  

We do allow for size exchanges if your received product does not fit you.

For the product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• ​ The products were purchased in the last 14 days.
• ​ T_​he products are in the original packaging.
• ​ T_​he products have not been worn or washed, and we reserve the right to return items that have clearly been used.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

We can only provide a refund on faulty items that have not been worn. If your item has become defective, we will gladly offer a replacement.

Note: Waist Trainers are non-refundable due to COVID-19  for sanitary purposes.
